Making a Purchase


Making a purchase is very straightforward. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
When you see a product you like, simply type in the quantity you wish to buy and click the 'Add to Cart' button.
You can view your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the 'Shopping Cart' button at the top of the page. At this point if you enter some basic delivery address details you can get an estimate of the shipping costs for the items that you have ordered.
You can adjust the number of items you have selected for a product in your shopping cart by simply entering the new quantity next to the product and clicking the refresh button (this is the button formed of 2 blue arrows). At this point your new shopping cart total will be calculated. If required, you can then get a new estimate for your shipping costs.
You can remove an item from your shopping cart by simply clicking the red cross button next to the product. This item will automatically be removed and the new shopping cart total calculated. If required, you can then get a new estimate for your shipping costs.
After you have finished with your selections, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.


Step 1 – Checkout Options.


Either login using details from an existing account, select “Register Account or “Guest Checkout”.


Step 2: Account & Billing Details.


If you are a new customer please enter your billing details. If the delivery address is the same as the billing address please tick the box provided to skip to Step 4.
If you are returning customer you can choose existing addresses to use for billing or add new ones.


Step 3: Delivery Address Details.


If you are a new customer please enter your delivery address details.
If you are returning customer you can choose existing addresses to use for deliveries or add new ones.


Step 4: Delivery Method


Choose the delivery method you would like to use from our choices of Royal Mail and DPD.


Step 5: Payment Method


Choose your method of payment which will either be securely online using a credit or debit card or by using your PayPal Account. At this point you can make any comments about your order in the dialogue box provided.
Please click that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.


Step 6: Confirm Order


Check your order information is correct and confirm your order.


Step 7: Credit/Debit Card Details


Enter you credit or debit card details. We accept most credit, debit and company cards. This is a secure system. Your online security is our #1 concern. Nothing is more important. Our job is to make sure your credit card account and personal information are always secure. When your order is placed at our website, credit card details are passed directly to our payment service providers. 3D-Secure is implemented on this site provided by Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for your additional security. We never store your credit card details.

 

Step 8: Order Completion


Your order is now complete and you will be sent an email message with your order details. All orders authorised before 3pm any weekday (excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day provided it is not a public holiday.
